NORAM ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

Vancouver, British Columbia (November 13, 2018) Noram Ventures Inc. (TSX-V:NRM) (“Noram” or the “Company”) held its Annual General and Special Meeting (“AGSM”) at 10:30am Pacific Standard Time on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. At the Company’s Meeting, shareholders representing 35.60% of the Company’s outstanding shares, re-appointed Mark Ireton, Arthur Brown, Cyrus Driver and Glen McDonald to the Board of Directors. Shareholders re-approved the 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan, reappointed DMCL Chartered Accountants as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor. In addition, shareholders also approved the special resolution to consider and, if deemed appropriate, to pass, with or without variation, a resolution approving the acquisition of 25% of the Clayton Valley Lithium Project held by Alba Minerals Ltd. providing Noram with a 100% interest in the Project. Subsequent to the meeting, the Board of Directors re-appointed Mr. Mark Ireton as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Ms. Anita Algie as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Board of Directors

Mr. Mark Ireton was a banker by profession with over 30 years of experience in all areas of commercial mid-market lending. He is versed in both public and private transactions, reorganizations, acquisitions—both management buyouts and leveraged buyouts—and divestitures in a variety of sectors that include wholesale distribution, manufacturing, aviation, transportation, construction, excavation, post production and oil service.

Mr. Glen McDonald is a P. Geo. With the British Columbia Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists, as well as Alberta’s Professional Engineers Geologists and Geophysicists Association. He brings more than 45 years of experience exploring and evaluating mining properties for senior and junior Canadian resource companies. In addition, Mr. MacDonald spent seven years as a District Exploration Manager in the Yukon and Western North West Territories for Noranda Mines, designing and managing various exploration projects.

Mr. Arthur Brown brings 36 years of business experience to the Board of Directors. He has served on the boards of eight other companies in sectors ranging from technology to oil & gas and mineral exploration. Mr. Brown understands all the aspects and requirements a public company needs to operate successfully. This knowledge and experience has been translated into many successful financings for the various companies he has been involved with.

Mr. Cyrus Driver is a chartered accountant and was a founding partner in the firm of Driver Anderson since its inception in 1982 and a retired partner in the firm of Davidson and Company LLP. Whilst providing general public accounting services to a wide range of clients, he specializes in servicing TSX Venture listed companies and members of the brokerage community. His wide knowledge of the securities industry and its rules have enabled him to give valuable advice to clients with respect to finance, taxation and other accounting related matters. Cyrus currently serves as director and or chief financial officer of several TSX-V listed companies.
